QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial operations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and financial best practices is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

As the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the group’s financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Providing strategic advice to the executive team and board on financial performance and opportunities.
  • Managing financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to optimize revenue management and cost efficiency.
  • Driving technology and process improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Evaluating investment opportunities, acquisitions, and new projects to support the group’s strategic objectives.
