Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Step into a pivotal role at the heart of THG, a global, publicly-listed powerhouse with two market leading retail businesses within beauty and sports nutrition. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Group Finance Manager to join our central finance team. This isn’t just a compliance role; it’s a chance to influence a diverse, global business. You will have unparalleled visibility across all our divisions, partnering with commercial leaders and senior stakeholders, including the Group Finance Director and CFO.
This is a fantastic opportunity, particularly for a talented individual moving from Practice to Industry for the first time. You’ll be empowered to expand your skills and build a robust career path, with clear opportunities for progression into wider commercial finance or FP&A roles across the Group.
As Group Finance Manager, you will be a key leader in our financial reporting team. Your role is critical in upholding our financial integrity as we continue to scale globally.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • You are an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation in IFRS and financial reporting. We are open to candidates directly from practice or those with 2+ years of post-qualification industry experience.
  • You have a proven ability to manage projects and people, with exceptional organisational skills and a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, able to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to a wide range of senior stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about technology and innovation and have experience (or a strong desire to gain experience) in using technology to transform financial processes.
  • You possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
