ABOUT THE ROLE

You will have demonstrated experience in leading and developing senior finance professionals, empowering them to achieve positive outcomes and grow into high-performing leaders themselves. Your ability to build trust, foster talent, and drive results through others will be essential to your success in this role
Additionally, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across Finance, Payroll, Office Management, Fiscal Governance, and Risk Management functions. You will play a key role in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of the organisation within an enterprise resource planning environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Forecast staffing needs and recruit skilled professionals to meet organisational demands.
• Drive talent retention through career development, skills training, and employee engagement.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
• Oversee quarterly budget reviews and lead the annual budget development process.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Manage external audit processes and statutory end-of-financial-year functions.
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring comprehensive asset coverage.
