Build trust to lay the foundation of long-term growth from a customer and shareholder point of view in a compliant way. The role requires a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple senior stakeholder requirements while enabling accelerated growth aspirations for the business in a highly competitive market environment. To be successful, the individual needs to be hyper collaborative and have an analytical background to drive/deliver on rhythms such as month close, forecast, and fiscal planning. Drive decisions as needed cross-company (EG, MCAPs, CFT) with senior execs to achieve cost of sale metrics/strong ROI and improved customer experience. Participate and contribute to deliverables associated with the finance and business rhythm such as fiscal year planning and quarterly forecast process/exec reviews. Serves as Finance contact for business partners for all revenue, expense, and compliance questions related to reporting and analysis. Contributes insights for financial plans, variance analysis, resource optimization, investments, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), long range planning, and driving margin accountability. Manages and executes processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Assembles and summarizes data through data mining and business intelligence to structure reports and financial models for decision support. Leverages statistical analysis, predictive analytics and financial modeling techniques to conduct sophisticated analyses. Acts as subject-matter-expert for data management and operations. Understands history of data procurement, location, methods, issues, and actions taken. Improves current methods used in collecting data, developing automated financial reporting and forecasting tools, and creating standard and ad-hoc reports. Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Drives a compliant culture through actions and decisions to instill trust. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in financial analysis Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
