• Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and transactions.
• Manage the order-to-cash process, directing Invoicing Executives, maintaining customer credit limits, and updating the sales contract database.
• Analyze and optimize excess and obsolete inventory.
• Develop staff to ensure high morale, motivation, and productivity with a customer service focus.
• Ensure all statutory accounting and taxation are current, with monthly reconciled balance sheets.
• Lead month-end processes: approve journal entries, review reconciliations, and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal control systems and financial regulations.
