PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate Global Submissions: Manage the consolidation of financial submissions from over 300 entities worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee Financial Processes: Oversee monthly intercompany processes, manage the Intangibles Model, and monitor Exchange Translation Reserve movements.
  • Review and Reconcile: Monitor, review, and reconcile restructuring costs and provisions, and produce UK GAAP accounting records for subsidiary companies.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare monthly Balance Sheet packs and Audit Committee content, and assist with the preparation and signing of head office subsidiary financial statements.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer technical and Group accounting policy guidance to local finance teams, and assist with reviewing group reorganisation and dividend documents.
  • Audit Coordination: Act as a key contact for external auditors during Half Year and Year End audits, and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
