About the Team Group Accounting team consists of four highly skilled and dedicated professionals located in Oslo and Malmo. Our goal is to develop best practice of accounting and reporting. We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen interest in accounting and reporting to join our team as an intern. The position will be based in Malmö and is a part-time (40%) contract for 3 months with the possibility to extent. Job Description You will contribute to our goal by being: responsible for Accounts payable from A-Z in 3 Scandinavian countries responsible for processing travel expenses responsible for accounting of financial transactions support for monthly and quarterly closing processes such as reconciliations of GL accounts, e.g. bank, FA, periodization, invoicing support for ad hoc tasks Qualifications We are looking for you who is currently pursuing BSc. / MSc. in Accounting or Finance, Business, Economics, or similar ongoing studies, preferably at least 2 years is available 16 hours per week, and mainly during first two days of the month is based in Malmö, or able to commute to the office have a good understanding of numbers and accounting. have interest in processes within accounting and reporting have good IT skills, notably excel, and interest in reporting systems thrives in collaborative and fast paced environment is proactive with attention to detail Additional Information What we can offer Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
