About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Accounting Manager to join our team in Oxford and take ownership of the day-to-day accounting function.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance and effective financial processes. You’ll work closely with senior management and teams across the business, while supporting and developing the accounting team.

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing the numbers, but also takes ownership, solves problems and looks for ways to improve how things are done. Strong hands-on experience with Sage 200 is highly preferred.
