Group Reporting Manager Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Group Reporting Manager to join our organisation during a pivotal time of transformation including our new enterprise system Oracle. You will be an integral part in leading the Group Reporting team and reshaping reporting to stakeholders for our employee owned business including our Executive Leadership, Board of Directors and Shareholders. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Reporting, you will collaborate closely with the wider finance team to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in our financial reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in the presentation of group consolidations and financial statements and providing technical accounting advice as well as assisting in leading the group audit process. Experience in engaging with and financial reporting to senior management and leading high performing teams will be highly advantageous. Your background is underpinned by a strong systems understanding, ideally Oracle, and a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent). Responsibilities

Lead the Group Reporting team and manage the presentation of group consolidations and financial statements. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure reporting accuracy and drive process improvements using enterprise systems.
