Job Description Group Financial Reporting Specialist Preparer of consolidated financial results and reports Focal person for intercompany and related party transactions, including compliance to Bursa. Responsibilities To prepare monthly consolidated financial results for the Group to support statutory reporting, principal reporting, stakeholder reporting and ad-hoc requirements. To prepare quarterly reporting for Bursa and stakeholders, including board papers. To prepare annual audited financial statements and shareholder financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and MFRS. To prepare analysis required for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including AGM. To support audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to auditors. To be the focal person for related party transactions, including RRPT mandate requirements under Bursa. Ensure proper eliminations and reconciliations are performed accurately each period. Participate actively to the implementation of new systems as well as process improvements and automation initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in group financial reporting role involving consolidation. Accounting related qualification such as bachelor degree or professional certification such as ACCA, ICAEW Experience in preparing Bursa announcements preferred. Experience in telecommunication-related companies or listed companies is a merit Able to work independently under tight deadline, proactive and meticulous.
