QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED…

• Level 3 Certificate as a Personal Trainer is essential

GROUP COACH TRAINER ROLE…

BFT Chelmsford is looking for passionate and driven coaches and Trainers to live and breathe all things BFT. We thrive every day on doing things Different. Better. And we need coaches who will do the same. Our members are on a fitness journey with BFT, and our Coaches and Trainers are with them every step of the way.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GROUP COACH TRAINER…

• Meticulously follow every pre-programmed BFT session from start to finish.
• Maintain expert levels of knowledge regarding the BFT programs
• Coach, don’t cheerlead
• Be a positive ambassador of all things BFT, inside and out of the studio
• Ensure the gym/studio floor is presentable and safe at all times and for every class
• Ensure the correct set up of the studio equipment for that particular day
• Help to build a positive, supportive and high-achieving fitness community
