Other Responsibilities: Group Fitness Studio cleanliness Customer service Building and equipment maintenance and safety Continuing Education Accountabilities: Timeliness Member satisfaction Class size Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries Requirements for Success: Takes ownership of results. Fight hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done. Must be extremely organized. Energetic. Great fitness role model and motivator. Good musicality (stays on the beat, this isn't applicable to all classes most though). Clear communicator (cues well). Dependable. Required Certifications: MUST have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification #PRE Hourly Pay Range $15—$35 USD Benefits and Perks: A highly energetic and collaborative team.
