Job Description: Group Instructor
Responsibilities:
* Deliver group fitness classes according to the schedule, ensuring safety, professionalism, and high quality.
* Provide guidance on correct movements to prevent injuries.
* Create a positive and engaging class atmosphere, motivating participants to stay active and consistent.
* Manage the classroom environment and maintain equipment properly.
Qualifications:
* NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) certification required.
* Strong physical fitness, demonstration, and instructional skills.
* Excellent communication skills and approachable personality, with the ability to energize the class.
* Prior experience in group class instruction preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
