Location: MORROW Flagship, Singapore
Department: Exercise & Movement
Reports To: Head Coach – Fitness
Works Closely With: Head of Exercise, Programming Manager, Personal Trainers, Allied Health, Operations, Community & Events

CLASS DELIVERY & EDUCATION

  • Facilitate high-quality group classes, incorporating alignment, breathwork, and mindful instruction into every session.
  • Ground each session in functional movement and longevity — linking today’s actions to tomorrow’s well-being.
  • Educate participants during sessions — ensuring they leave with knowledge as well as results.
  • Provide safe, inclusive, and positive environments that reflect MORROW’s values.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a group fitness instructor (e.g., functional training, strength, HIIT, yoga, Pilates).
  • Knowledge of functional movement, alignment principles, and injury prevention.

SKILLS

  • Clear and engaging cueing with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for education, mindfulness, and community-building.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to growth.
