Position Overview: Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Coach. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while also leading and motivating members through Orangetheory Fitness workouts as a coach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

1. Coach Orangetheory Fitness Classes: Lead high-energy Orangetheory Fitness workouts that incorporate cardiovascular and strength training intervals. Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals through effective coaching and encouragement. Provide modifications and guidance to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities. Ensure the safety and proper technique of all participants during workouts.
2. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized attention and support. Address member feedback, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner. Serve as a brand ambassador for Orangetheory Fitness, promoting the studio’s services and programs. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention.
   Qualifications: Previous experience in fitness instruction, coaching, or personal training preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hiring). Cert 3 minimum to coach
