Fitometry Health Club is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Manager to lead, grow, and elevate our Group Fitness experience. This role is for a builder, motivator, and culture driver — not someone looking to simply maintain a schedule. This Is Not a Maintenance Role The MissionThe Group Fitness Manager is responsible for creating energy, consistency, accountability, and emotional attachment through world-class group fitness programming. You will own the member experience, instructor performance, and program growth — not just logistics.
