This role is ideal for someone who naturally brings energy to a room, enjoys coaching group fitness, and takes pride in delivering an elite member experience. If you’re someone who shows up early, leads with positivity, and loves building community through fitness, you’ll fit right in with our team. This position starts at 4:45 AM, so reliability and morning energy are essential. About Our Studio F45 Carmel Mountain is part of a locally owned group of F45 studios committed to delivering world-class coaching and an incredible member experience. Our coaches are more than instructors — they are motivators, leaders, and culture builders inside the studio. We take pride in creating a positive, professional, and high-performing team environment. What You’ll Do • Lead high-energy F45 group training sessions • Coach members on proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective workouts • Provide regressions and progressions for all fitness levels • Create an encouraging and motivating class environment • Welcome and guide trial members through their first F45 experience • Help build strong relationships with members and contribute to studio community • Set up and reset equipment before and after classes • Maintain a clean and professional training environment The Kind of Coach Who Thrives Here The coaches who succeed in our studios are: • Energetic and engaging • Reliable and punctual (especially for early mornings) • Passionate about coaching and helping people improve • Confident leading groups and speaking in front of a room • Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Interested in growing within the fitness industry Qualifications • 2+ year experience coaching group fitness or personal training • Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT-style workouts • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Ability to be actively coaching and moving throughout the workout • Weekend availability is a plus Experience coaching in an F45 environment is preferred but not required.
