The Open Pits Department at Northern Star Resources currently has an opportunity for an experienced Group Fleet Management Systems Superintendent to join the team, working at our Subiaco Corporate Office, on a permanent and full-time basis.
Reporting to the Group FMS Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the Fleet Management teams across the business. This role supports the decision-making process of the Fleet Management system and cost reduction initiatives in line with site KPIs. The Superintendent will also lead the implementation of new fleet management systems for NSR assets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Although not essential, a Tertiary Qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar will be highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 4 years working with Fleet Management systems.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and wireless networks.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and systems (e.g., GPS tracking, maintenance management, fuel monitoring).
  • Experience with reporting databases and AI is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working with large, diverse fleets across multiple locations.
