Customer Promise/Member Experience/Growth

  • Continue the development of our Thrive Café offering to meet the strategic needs of the business and the promise that we make to our members (which is to provide the spaces and opportunity to achieve more than you thought possible). Our FB&R product should be designed to support members in their routines, and their connections with others (both of these factors support member visitation and therefore stickiness).
  • Ensure the FB&R proposition is seamless, efficient and reliable.
  • Support the growth strategy which focuses on building secure recurring revenues, by providing customers with a scalable and flexible subscription which should include some elements of FB&R. Your role is to help define and deliver what that comprises, working cross functionally with the brand development and IT teams.
  • Create and deliver the right-fit FB&R proposition for new TF formats as they are developed which include the Womens Gym space
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We’re seeking a true team player to be our expert in all things food/beverage and retail (FB&R).
We have 15 clubs with varying FB&R offerings, and plans to expand into new format clubs too.
Your role will be to support our clubs to deliver and grow those FB&R offerings with an approach that balances the needs of our people, our members and our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

People

  • Influence the delivery of FB&R performance through the engagement and efforts of our club teams.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our other TF Support team members to deliver that performance support.
  • Build and nurture the right set of partners and suppliers to deliver the right FB&R product for our organisation.
  • Apply the principles of our leadership philosophy and behaviour to influence and empower others

Safety/Compliance

  • Working alongside club teams and our TF Support compliance team to ensure our FB&R operations comply with the latest food hygiene and safety regulations.

Commercial

  • Identify opportunities to optimise and grow performance through commercially astute analysis of sales, cost and stock data.
  • Continually reviewing pricing to maintain/improve profit margins.
  • Support our General Managers to deliver the budgeted profit and loss performance for our Thrive Cafés/Retail including through weekly performance reporting to the teams.
  • Identify and manage supplier partners.
