EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Level 3 Food Safety.
• It would be desirable to have Health & Safety Level 2 and Allergens Level 2.
• Proven experience in a similar role to Food & Beverage Controller or stock taker role, ideally in a multi-site or group environment.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory systems, and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Experience working closely with kitchen and F&B operations.
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate with senior stakeholders and on-the-ground teams.
• Proficient in stock management systems and MS Excel.
