What will this role achieve?
Reporting to the VP Finance Global FP&A and Performance Management, this role partners with the Global Functions on central costs and is a key member of the Group FP&A team in running FP&A processes and initiatives.
The role holder will support senior stakeholders in Head Office functions on a range of areas pertaining to Central Costs including the preparation of quarterly forecasts / budgets, monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, in particular HR, and liaise with the Global Function leads in controlling and budgeting their respective cost base. The role will be responsible for guiding the offshore finance function, helping develop Cost Centre Managers’ financial awareness & providing guidance for correct accounting. A drive for continuous improvement is needed to adapt and to develop the processes and practices of the pladis HQ cost reporting.
