Reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the digital and IT teams and work with key business stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Group FP&A Controller IT, you will collaborate with the Group FP&A team and communicate with local business units across different countries. You’ll provide invaluable financial analysis and planning support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the planning and control cycle, delivering monthly reports to key stakeholders, and executing a range of FP&A projects. You will also be the go-to person for ad-hoc financial inquiries and analysis.
Within six months, you will have successfully managed ad-hoc requests, taken ownership of FP&A processes, and acted as the finance counterpart in business improvement projects.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Efficiency: Coordinate and optimize the financial and business planning & control cycle, including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Analyze periodic results and prepare executive-level reporting for the ExCo, Supervisory Board, shareholders, and lenders.
  • Business Case Evaluation: Provide expert advice and post-investment reviews for new investment proposals.
  • Project Leadership: Act as the finance counterpart in key financial and commercial improvement projects, such as the implementation of a new monthly performance report.
  • Finance Innovation: Contribute to finance BI roadmap activities, driving innovation, simplification, and optimization of BI tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact and provide support to the Director of Group Financial Control, CFO, and Executive Committee for financial inquiries.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver actionable insights and drive business performance through ad-hoc projects and analysis.
