Responsibility for the entire logistics cost flow in the areas of warehousing, handling, transport, distribution and associated cost allocation.
Creating cost transparency by linking logistics expenditures with key operational drivers.
Management of actual cost tracking, forecasting and annual planning of logistics costs.
Explanation of deviations, questioning of assumptions and initiation of corrective measures.
Optimization of the month-end closing process, including accruals, reconciliations and allocations.
Close collaboration with the areas of operations, logistics, planning and purchasing, while simultaneously critically examining financial issues.
Support for the logistics transformation and future topics in group controlling.
