MOL Group Downstream Fuels Strategy organization is looking for a GROUP FUELS STRATEGY EXPERT We Are Looking For a New Colleague Who… Demonstrates creativity, agility, and strong motivation to shape strategic decisions related to MOL Group’s regional fuel sales and supply Has strong analytical thinking and data visualization skills Is eager to gain a deeper understanding of the business background of fuel supply and sales Would like to be part of a dynamic, business‑close team Purpose of the position: Responsible for developing the building blocks of fuels supply and sales strategy and monitoring execution on country level to drive business growth, enhance customer value proposition and optimize supply chain. Responsible for driving projects, managing data analytics and improving data management processes to support business decision making. Main responsibilities and tasks in the position: Group Fuels Strategy: Supports the formulation of long-term sales strategy of MOL Group Fuels in close cooperation with key stakeholders (Chief Economist Team, Value Chain. Management Long Term planning, Group Logistics, Group Retail). Coordinates the roll-out of Group strategic fuel sales directions to relevant wholesale countries in order to develop necessary country strategies and action plans. Projects and business analytics: Leads Group-level & multi countries projects. Supervises and drives preparation & execution of assigned part/s of regular country meetings (Regional Business Gatherings). Contributes to key customer value proposition related initiatives (e.g. digitalization of processes, development of customer segment focused programs and initiatives etc.). Regional Market Intelligence (RMI): Develops RMI activities, creates and maintains Group knowledge sharing platform, align Group and Local Business Units. Drives digitalization of RMI relevant processes and analytics. Contributes to the understanding of the complex business environment and creates knowledge sharing opportunities. What is in it for you?
