About this Role: NetEase Inc. is currently looking for a Procurement Business Partner, to join Overseas (OC) Procurement Team. We’re looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join us in amplifying and enabling Procurement Overseas at NetEase. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Overseas Procurement and work alongside a team of Procurement professionals that focus on enabling NetEase and its teams to do their best work by managing the procurement experience. As a Procurement Business Partner, you will take part in all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing new vendors and handling negotiations, transacting and managing relationships with existing vendor; interfacing across teams on their procurement needs. What You’ll Do Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholder and monitor vendors’ performance Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks Review purchase requisitions to ensure that they are accurate and complete Monitor PR/PO throughout the lifecycle of a deal Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external vendors Prepare procurement reports Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility Drive Procurement Initiatives from ideation through completion with meaningful business impact.
