We are currently recruiting for a Group General Manager to work with us in Oxford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.

Responsibilities
  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
  • Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
  • Lead, develop and manage the team staff members of 20+, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
  • Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
  • Managing exciting projects within the sites from creation to delivery
  • Develop plans to expand and enhance catering services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas
  • Implement sustainable practices and stay innovative
  • Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are exceede
