• Leading the day-to-day operations of our central kitchen
• Managing and supporting kitchen teams across multiple event sites
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all menus and event offerings
• Coordinating food production, prep, and logistics for multiple events
• Managing stock, placing accurate food orders, and reducing waste
• Working to food GP targets and maintaining cost controls
• Upholding hygiene and food safety standards to the highest level
• Collaborating with senior management to innovate and develop new menus
