The role
As Group Head of Digital Marketing, you will shape Zühlke’s global digital marketing vision and lead the strategy and execution of our global digital marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and position Zühlke as an industry leader. Digital innovation is your passion and you’re aware of the impact it has on achieving our business objectives. You will not only lead Zühlke’s Marketing & Communications digital transformation but also shape the future of how we connect with our customers. In this role, you will lead a global team, fostering collaboration and empowering them to deliver excellence. Your focus will be on defining strategic priorities and ensuring Zühlke’s digital ecosystem evolves with emerging trends. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide thought leadership on digital transformation and marketing innovation, ensuring our digital marketing efforts create long-term business impact.

• Shape Strategy: Define and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy across regions to strengthen Zühlke’s global brand.
• Lead Innovation: Drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem, from social media and paid campaigns to website development and marketing automation.
• Set Standards: Establish global benchmarks for digital marketing channels, ensuring excellence in execution and campaign measurement.
• Empower Teams: Build and lead a Digital Marketing team, fostering skills and innovation.
• Embrace Technology: Own marketing technology within the function, exploring innovations like AI to enhance operations and customer engagement.
• Drive Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable digital marketing initiatives that deliver results.

• Expertise in Digital Marketing: Proven success in B2B content-driven digital marketing, preferably in professional or IT services, with experience in campaign management and driving business growth.
• Strategic and Data-Driven: Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on implementation, backed by a data-driven approach.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong people leadership skills with a team-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in digital tools and marketing technology, with a knack for simplifying complexity and embracing innovation.
