We’re looking for a Group Head of Marketing to join our innovative and forward-thinking clients team.
You will be responsible for leading, developing and executing our brand and communications strategies across the group, whilst enhancing the brands visibility, reputation and market presence across multiple platforms.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within professional services (desirable, but not essential).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Graphic design or content creation experience.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and media relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the Chief Client Officer to develop our Go To Market Strategy, leading the planning of activity nationally, regionally and by sector/market.
  • Developing the Dains brand internally and externally to be both differentiated and compelling.
  • Leading on activity to substantially enhance our brand awareness.
  • Ensuring all activity drives engagement and desire amongst our clients, target audiences and existing and prospective workforce.
  • Develop and lead the required market activity through the various channels, both efficiently and effectively.
  • To ensure relevant events (physically and virtually) are planned and executed to schedule, scope of and budget.
  • Proactively and where necessary, reactively ensure the Dains reputation is protected and positive.
  • Collaborating with the Client Acquisition Team, you will play a pivotal part in making sure both enhanced Lead Generation and the development of productive strategic referral partnerships are made.
  • Working through effective workflows, processes and the use of technology, deliver productivity & innovation to offer continuous improvement.
