QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent HR qualification.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• In depth Employment Law knowledge and proven experience in this area
• Experience of Operational excellence
• Inspirational Leadership and strong People Management skills.
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and modern HR systems.
• Analytical mindset with proven experience using HR metrics and KPIs.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and Communication skills.
