ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Group Head of IT, you will provide strategic direction and executive-level oversight of all IT and AV functions across the Stadium MK group. You’ll lead an evolving team, drive the technology roadmap, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity, and be the trusted advisor to senior leadership on all things tech.
You’ll shape and implement a forward-thinking IT & AV strategy that supports business transformation, improves user experience, and enhances operational resilience across our venues, hospitality, and enterprise services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Keeping the Group secure from existing and evolving cybersecurity threats
· Lead the planning and implementation of long-term IT & AV strategies across all departments
· [PE1] Lead all aspects of infrastructure, cybersecurity, support services, and vendor relations
· Oversee department-wide budgeting, procurement, and financial performance
· Embed a proactive service culture and foster high performance within the team
· Represent IT & AV at senior leadership and board meetings
· Ensure robust governance, documentation, risk management, and compliance with industry and licensing standards
· Develop and mentor future leaders and promote continuous learning
