Position Summary Under the general direction of the Group Home Manager, this position provides leadership in maintaining and enhancing program and Medicaid Waiver services. Responsibilities include program design and development, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing quality assurance, and preparing required reports. This role ensures residents have access to meaningful Residential Habilitation opportunities and activities. It also focuses on promoting resident and stakeholder satisfaction with services while supporting, training, and mentoring team members to deliver effective, efficient, and person-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, demonstrated coaching ability, and the capacity to lead the expansion and optimization of Therap (GER’s, T-Log) usage. This is an onsite position at Parc Center for Disabilities, working alongside a collaborative mission driven team committed to a person-centered environment. Essential Responsibilities Follow Parc philosophy, policies, and procedures Provide supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), utilizing Medicaid Wavier Standards to ensure appropriate plans, progress and documentation meet the definition for appropriate and timely completion and submission. Ensures adequate coverage within compliance of Parc and Medicaid Wavier standards. Assist in the monitoring of ADL’s and Active Treatment programs, update and provide training to team members as needed. Plan and implement recreation and leisure activities that are designed to meet the needs of residents. Create a monthly activity schedule, in collaboration with the team members and residents, ensuring each individual has choices and preferences for community outings. Act as a role model by fostering a team atmosphere and presenting a helpful and professional attitude towards parents, relatives, and all others interested in Parc. Coordinate with other departments (Adult Day Training and Transportation) as necessary. Work with Group Home Manager to schedule recreational outings and special events. Order and maintain supplies along with routine monitoring of the equipment needed. Attend weekly meetings with Group Home Manager and all monthly team meetings. Other appropriate responsibilities as determined by management. Requirements Education, Experience, and Other Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field or highly regulated and complex industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must pass all required trainings (Medication Administration and validation, CPR, etc.) Valid Florida Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record.
