Description Looking for a highly motivated LPN who can work well independently in a residential setting. This position will require travel between two locations and coordination of services for adults with developmental disabilities. Main Duties will Include: Delegation of nursing tasks in accordance with the Board of Nursing Training Direct Support Professionals in the skills needed to perform selected tasks according to the rules and regulations of the Board of Nursing and Department of Developmental Disabilities Providing supervision and professional nursing care to the individuals under the direction of the Director of nursing. Responsible for nursing quality control measures Administration of medication as required Collects data and provides written input for ISP meetings Monitoring medication administration records On call duties Requirements Graduate of accredited school of nursing State of Ohio Nursing License and current with required CEUs Verification of pharmacology course (NAPNES_OPNES) Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferred but not required On call responsibilities
Responsibilities
The LPN will provide professional nursing care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. They will also be responsible for delegating nursing tasks and ensuring quality control measures are met.
