You will be managing a team of direct reports and a group of residents. About the Role As a House Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of one of our residential homes, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional care for adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll lead a dedicated team, coordinate care, manage budgets, and create a safe, joyful, and empowering environment for our residents. What You’ll Do Provide direct care and support to residents Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Coordinate medical appointments, recreational activities, and daily routines Maintain household operations including budgeting, maintenance, and safety Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful home culture ? What You Bring Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 1+ year working with developmentally disabled individuals, 1 year in a management position with direct reports License: Valid Class-C California Driver’s License and insurable DMV record Training: 36 hours/year of ongoing education in developmental disabilities Skills: Leadership, communication, time management, and a heart for service Physical & Mental Requirements Must be 21+ years old Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility and personal care Strong judgment, initiative, and reliability Why Join Us?
