Macomb Residential Opportunities is currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Manager to join our growing team.

JOB SUMMARY:

Management and supervision of home’s operation including development and coordination of client programs and services, supervision of home staffing, and participation in client care and direct services under the supervision of the Executive Director and Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum education level of high school diploma
  2. 2 years of experience in residential care services
  3. Ability to complete training required for the position
  4. The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner
  6. Ability to provide supervision and leadership to home care staff
  7. Verification of Health status pertaining to the job requirements
  8. Three references deemed acceptable to the agency
  9. Current valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
  1. Fulfills basic duties of Direct Care Staff
  2. Supervise group home personnel, their training and performance.
  3. Develops implements, and supervises client home programming.
  4. Consults with contracting agency staff and service providers in assessing client needs, and arranges services as directed.
  5. Insures that client records, program data, home maintenance and financial records are updated regularly and meet stated requirements.
  6. Manages and supervises the use of all in home funds, working within budget limitations and completing necessary reports
