JOB OVERVIEW

Edenbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Home Supervisor to oversee operations within one of our home care facility. Reporting to the Office Coordinator, the Group Home Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the group home.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the individuals. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a compassionate environment for both residents and employees.
Responsibilities of the Home Supervisor could include scheduling, communicating with families and guardians, supervision of front-line staff, providing orientation and evaluations, and responding to crisis situations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of one-year experience working with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral supports to clients
• Experience providing personal care (e.g. assisting with bathing or toileting and personal hygiene)
• Documentation
• Access to a personal vehicle is required class 5
