We have an exciting opportunity for a hands on Group HR Manager to join the HR team here at our Surbiton HQ to support our continued growth across across the UK and Europe. Job Description The purpose of this position is to be the expert in people matters across the UK and Europe (Almaty, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, France & Germany). You’ll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, ensuring that our culture continues to thrive while also driving operational excellence in HR. Duties will include but are not limited to: With local senior leadership, manage on all employment relations matters within the scope of local employment legislation Provide coaching to line managers through to board directors on people related matters Attend local board meetings as required to represent HR Support on wellbeing matters within region ensuring escalated as appropriate to ensure employees receive the right support Manage application and renewal of work permits and visas as required Conduct exit interviews providing an executive summary of key trends and recommendations To provide change management support as required e.g. during a TUPE process Develop and deliver training as and when required e.g. recruitment Be an active member of the Health and Safety Committee To lead on ad hoc projects as and when required which could be specific to region or have a global impact To be a key member of the HR community always looking for ways we can improve the value we provide to the business Deputise for HR Director in her absence Qualifications Previous experience operating as a senior HR partner to your client base within a sales organisation Previous experience within Europe in employment law matters, experience of Working Time - Essential CIPD level 5 or equivalent working experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Proven experience of keeping abreast of changing employment law and trends Ability to travel as required Additional Information 22 days holiday (increasing to 25days after 1 years service and with length of service) Free onsite gym Free breakfast and lunches in our onsite canteen "The Hangar" Private healthcare and pension Cycle to work scheme Onsite car park 2x "Giving back" charitable days per annum Diversity and Inclusion Here at ACS we're passionate about bringing people together to create a truly inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity, across our global network of offices.
