WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE The Group IBS HR Strategy & Decision Support Growwwer contributes to the effective functioning of Group IBS HR governance by preparing high‑quality decision‑support materials, analyses and structured recommendations for leadership. The role supports the organisation and facilitation of HR workshops and stakeholder sessions, ensuring alignment, clarity and consistent follow‑up. It provides analytical and documentation support for HR compliance and governance activities, contributing to the accuracy, transparency and standardisation of HR processes within the HR IBS Group. The position enables the Growwwer to gain hands‑on experience in strategic HR, decision‑support and compliance while supporting key IBS HR initiatives.
