The Role    We are looking for a proactive Indirect Tax Manager to join our Group Tax function at our Head Office in Leicestershire.    You will be responsible for managing our end-to-end VAT compliance processes globally, ensuring we meet both local and international tax laws. This role focuses on the precision of our indirect compliance and maintaining our high standards of integrity.   What You’ll Take On   * Review UK Group VAT: Manage the accuracy and timely processing of VAT returns and payments.   * Lead Overseas Returns: Prepare and submit our international VAT and sales tax returns across our global reach.   * Manage Relationships: Collaborate with external advisers, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure best practice.   * Drive Governance: Contribute to the management of VAT processes and ensure operating procedures are up to date.   * Business Partnering: Build strong connections across the business to align tax treatment with our constant evolution.   * Support Innovation: Assist with system implementations and upgrades from an indirect tax perspective.     What You’ll Bring   We are looking for a qualified accountant or tax adviser with at least three years of post-qualification experience in indirect tax.
