Responsibilities

Drive Impact: Elevate our group reporting by ensuring accurate data collection and analysis, providing key insights into our performance and financial health. Collaborate closely with analysts, data engineers, information architects, and data architects to deliver valuable, timely reports.
Strategic Thinking: Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, align data strategies with business goals, and apply design thinking principles to create user-friendly reports and dashboards.
Data Exploration: Dive deep into data (primarily from our new data warehouse), conduct insightful analyses (statistical, trend, root cause), and identify key insights to drive strategic business decisions. Experience with datasets of all sizes (small, medium, and large) is highly valued.
Data Integrity: Champion data quality by cleaning, preparing, and validating data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and recommending process improvements.
Reporting Excellence: Maintain and optimize our reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Data Storytelling: Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, effectively translating data into actionable narratives.
Continuous Growth: Proactively develop your skills and stay ahead of the curve with the latest data analysis techniques.
Culture Champion: Foster a self-service analytics culture, lead data education initiatives, and identify opportunities for automation.
