Group Insight Analyst – Sales Based in either Bagshot or Bilston | Sharps Fitted Furniture (Hybrid Role? At Sharps, we create beautifully designed, bespoke fitted furniture that transforms homes. We’re looking for a Group Insight Analyst to bring clarity to our sales performance, turning data into meaningful insight that shapes decisions and drives growth. What you’ll do: · Deliver clear, insightful reporting on sales performance and KPIs · Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement · Translate data into compelling recommendations that influence action · Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing & Finance · Play a key role in shaping and delivering our sales strategy What you’ll bring: · Strong analytical experience in a commercial or B2C environment · A natural ability to turn complex data into simple, impactful stories · Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders · Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL/Tableau beneficial) · A curious, detail-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Why Sharps?
