What we look for
You have a master’s degree in accounting, finance, auditing, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a similar role. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are essential, and familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools is a plus. You have a structured, solution-oriented, analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex issues and communicate them effectively. Integrity, initiative, and strong networking skills are key to success in this role. The position requires international travel (40+ days per year), and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Are you an experienced auditor seeking the next step in your career? Do you want to apply and further develop your expertise in accounting, audit and business understanding within a truly global company? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Group Internal Audit team.In this role, you will take ownership of key audit projects, gaining deep insight into Jotun’s international operations while helping to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control processes. You will work closely with senior management and be a key player in driving continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate internal audits across Jotun’s global operations.
  • Issue audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Use data analytics to support continuous auditing and process improvements.
  • Develop and improve internal audit methodology and risk monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance, business segments, and regional teams to improve governance and internal controls.
  • Participate in and lead ad hoc projects.
