To help us support our continually growing suite of Digital apps, we’re in search of a Digital Product Owner to join a growing team striving to meet the demands of a digitally engaged business. This is a key role in leading and being responsible for maximising the value of digital products created by our multi-disciplinary team. The role is based at the Fulton Hogan Group IT office in Christchurch, reporting to the Group IT Digital Product Manager. To succeed in this role, you will be a confident & strong communicator with skills to build enduring relationships with key stakeholders in our business, possessing strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage a product through the product development lifecycle. In addition to the above you will: Own and enhance one or more existing digital products Bridge product strategy and development Manage relationships with key business stakeholders Maintain product backlogs and plan development iterations Collaborate with a cross-functional development team Support users with product issues and queries Lead rollout of current and future apps across the business Engage regularly with frontline teams to build relationships, understand business needs, and foster feedback Conduct business analysis for new digital products in the roadmap At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
