Our partner is hiring a Group IT Helpdesk / ERP Support!
Join our partner Mageba Group’s IT team in Nyírtelek. In this role, you will support and develop IT systems across the company and assist users in an international environment. If you are passionate about technology and eager to grow, we look forward to your application!

REQUIREMENTS

– Successfully completed education/training in computer science
– At least 2 years of professional experience in 1st level ICT Servicedesk support (2nd level experience is an advantage)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365 applications, and Azure Active Directory
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with background and functionality of ERP systems (especially Microsoft driven)
– Knowledge of ITIL processes related to incident and service request management
– Highly customer-oriented personality and strong team player
– Very good English skills (verbal and written)
– Strong attention to detail
– Driver’s license
– Drive to learn and grow
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if needed
– 2nd level ICT support experience
– Assertive communication skills (oral & written)
– Flexibility and adaptability (managing change)
– Excellent customer service skills
– Effective time management skills

Responsibilities

– Provide 1st and 2nd level day-to-day support activities, identifying, analyzing, and solving hardware, software, and service issues
– Offer competent support, advice, and supervision for ICT requests and needs
– Maintain the Servicedesk, diagnose ICT issues, and liaise with the ICT team
– Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
– Oversee data integrity and consistency within multiple ERP applications
– Support end users on processand data-related topics of ERP systems (Level 1-2), escalate more complex problems
– Identify and investigate ERP system issues, assist the IT department in implementing solutions
