Job Description

WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a Group Lead for our Azure Development unit in Malmö. This dual-role position combines hands-on consulting with leadership and management responsibilities.
In this role, you will primarily work on consulting assignments focused on Azure architecture and development. We are seeking a senior developer/architect with broad experience of Azure and software solutions, and with the ability to see the big picture. Extensive experience in development, and setting up and reviewing Azure environments, is essential. As well as a willingness to write, review, and debug code. We also see you as active in our partner collaboration, where you like to explore new offers within your platform early, and are at the forefront of cloud innovation within Devoteam Creative Tech.
Within the leadership aspect of the role you have personnel responsibility for 6-10 consultants. Where the primary objective is to empower individuals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Additionally, the role includes business development, where the goal is to bridge gaps between sales, clients, and delivery teams. Acting as a link between these areas, you will collaborate on refining the organisation’s offerings and strengthening client relationships within our Azure Development unit.
Balancing consulting assignments, personnel responsibility, and business development demands strong self-leadership, which is essential for success in this role.
Certifications within Azure are important and meritorious but not a requirement.
