Administering internal and external infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS) to support ML/AI initiatives, including cost-effective delivery and account management.
Implementing governance frameworks, development processes, and quality assurance systems to lay a foundation for scalable growth.
Managing day-to-day project delivery, technical oversight, and delegation across the Software development and ML Operations team.
Liaising with project management and delivery teams to resolve customer support requests.
Driving continuous improvement of ML/AI applications and infrastructure.

Degree qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development and ML/AI engineering, ideally across multiple industries or problem spaces.
Demonstrated ability to execute hands-on development while leading technical teams and mentoring less experienced staff.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., Azure, AWS) including cost management and administration.
Experience with ML/AI frameworks and tools, and ability to scope and implement analytic solutions.
Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Experience in establishing software development processes and governance frameworks.
Superior communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
