Job Description Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Group Leader – Account Management (Waste to X) to lead customer relationships, commercial strategy, and business development across the following categories; Mechanical Retrofit Projects,MRO Services, Spare Parts, Digital. This leadership role manages a high-performing account management team while ensuring excellence in project execution, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. The position is central to expanding Kanadevia Inova’s Waste-to-Energy (WtX) market presence and driving sustainable, profitable growth. We are looking for someone with experience as an Account or Service Manager covering the power or energy type industries for a Mechanical Service Contractor, commercially strong with a good project management background but must have Service experience to back this up. Key Responsibilities Leadership, Strategy & People Management Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets. Define and execute commercial and business development strategies within the WtX portfolio. Build long-term, strategic customer relationships to support contract renewals and account expansion. Financial & Operational Ownership Develop and manage the sales pipeline across WtX categories, ensuring forecasting accuracy. Grow share-of-wallet with existing clients while actively acquiring new accounts and opportunities. Oversee the successful execution of category projects, improving delivery performance and margins. Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure full adherence to QHSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all activities. Collaborate closely with Field Service, Technical Service, Spare Parts, RSCs, BL WtX and other functions to drive synergy. Travel as required within the region to support key accounts and business development. Local Responsibilities Drive and uphold a world-class HSEQ culture within the Account Management team. Lead the implementation of effective project management methodologies across service activities. Act as the main escalation point for commercial, contractual, and project-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline (preferred). Experience as an Account or Service Manager covering the power or energy type industries for a Mechanical Service Contractor, commercially strong with a good project management background but must have Service experience to back this up Strong expertise in account management, service project delivery, pricing, and contract negotiation. Proven experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex customer portfolios. Advanced proficiency in CRM and business systems (IFS preferred) and strong analytical and financial skills. Personal Attributes Strong commitment to QHSE excellence and safe working practices. Highly customer-focused, strategic, proactive, and commercially astute. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
