Job Description - Summary The mission of the group leader marketing within the regional business unit wiper systems is leading the team in order to achieve profitable growth in the Asian region. He or she needs to be able to lead by example and provide clear guidance on how to maintain and develop a product portfolio in the OE / OES as well as in the independent aftermarket business. He or she will be responsible for a team of 3 motivated regional program coordinators taking care of IAM business, 1 person taking care of OES, 1 person managing OE and 3 people in data management. With the team he or she is responsible to deliver excellent data as a basis to steer the product portfolio. A close alignment with the central business unit as well as with the regional sales organization is essential for the success. - Job description 1. IAM: Responsibility for the IAM activities of the Wiper Systems business in APAC (Focus China) Development and execution of regional IAM growth initiatives in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing Steering and monitoring of IAM performance based on defined KPIs Alignment of regional activities with global IAM strategies and portfolio 2. OE: Responsibility for regional OE-related product management activities Management of the regional OE product portfolio across customer segments (COEM / IOEM) Supporting of product launches, lifecycle management, and product adaptations Interface to global product management, R&D, Sales, and key customers 3. OES Coordination and steering of OES activities in the APAC region including responsibility for regional program coordination Support of regional OES initiatives in alignment with global strategies Monitoring of OES-related KPIs and implementation status 4. Data Management & Performance Steering Improvement of data transparency and reporting across IAM, OE, and OES Definition and application of standardized KPIs and reporting structures Use of data to support management decision-making and prioritization Collaboration with central DOC team to further develop reporting tools - KPIs IAM growth and performance KPIs OE product portfolio and lifecycle KPIs OES implementation and performance KPIs Data quality and reporting timeliness - Internal & External Interface There are many different stakeholders relevant in day-to-day operations. This includes not only the central business unit and the regional sales organization but also interaction with plants and development. In addition, interaction with customers on OEM as well as on independent aftermarket side is of great importance. Qualifications 1. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable 2. Several years of experience in IAM, OE product management, OES within automotive environment 3. Leadership experience 4. Strong understanding of product management and aftermarket business models 5. Experience with KPI-based performance steering and reporting 6. International background with very good communication skills in Chinese and English 7. Chinese: fluent (mandatory, strong COEM customer interaction) 8.
