Job Description We are looking for a Group Leader IT Collaboration & Power Solutions to take ownership of our Group‑wide collaboration, productivity, and low‑code platforms. In this key leadership role, you will enable employees across all regions with secure, intuitive, and modern digital workplace solutions while empowering the business through governed self‑service, automation, and analytics. This role sits at the heart of our digital transformation and directly contributes to employee experience, productivity, and business agility. Define and execute the Group‑wide Collaboration & Power Solutions strategy aligned with overall IT strategy Own and evolve Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI – non‑functional) Ensure reliable, secure, and high‑quality service delivery across all collaboration and productivity platforms Drive adoption of modern and AI‑enabled productivity capabilities to improve employee experience and efficiency Enable business units through governed self‑service, automation, and citizen development Partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity and automation use cases Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team (4–8 people) fostering innovation and continuous improvement Establish and enforce governance for security, compliance, data lifecycle, and low‑code usage Own budget, licensing, and vendor management for collaboration and power platforms, including Microsoft partners Act as the primary IT contact for digital workplace topics, communicating roadmap, risks, and value to senior stakeholders Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT collaboration and productivity platforms Proven leadership experience managing complex or distributed teams Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration technologies Experience with Power Platform, automation, and low-code ecosystems Background in operating IT services within large, global, or regulated environments Deep understanding of collaboration architecture, identity & access, and information protection Knowledge of governance models for low-code and familiarity with IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Strategic, results-driven communicator with the ability to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders Additional Information We offer • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
