The tasks:

• As Head of Quality (m/f/d) you are responsible, in cooperation with the specialist departments, for compliance, further development and monitoring of the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
• As part of this role, you will plan and conduct internal and external audits. You will also compile and analyze quality statistics and derive appropriate corrective actions. Monitoring the successful implementation of these actions is also within your responsibilities.
• In addition, you will monitor compliance with the set quality targets and manage the continuous improvement process.
• They handle internal and external complaints and bear overall responsibility for the proper execution of incoming goods inspections of components and tools.
• Furthermore, you will participate in budget planning and monitor compliance with the approved budgets.
• They lead the employees from the quality department and continuously train them regarding the QM system.

The ideal profile:

• You have successfully completed technical training as well as specialist further education (e.g. as a quality management specialist and/or auditor), or possess a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable position.
• Good English skills and an independent and precise working style complete your profile.
